The National Gallery of Ireland’s 2027 calendar is a journey through the colour spectrum, with each month revealing a new, vivid hue

New acquisitions include Kathleen Fox's theatrical Portrait of a Woman (Self-Portrait) and cover image The Lady of the Decoration by Harry Clarke, a characteristically ornate piece with the most vibrant yellow. Favourites from the Gallery include Frederic William Burton's iconic Hellelil and Hildebrand, the Meeting on the Turret Stairs, Paul Henry's idyllic A Connemara Village, and more.
